How can I reserve a room on the castle premises?
Contact us by March 01 to make a reservation. After the deadline, the bride and groom will inform you if your reservation can be considered. After that, the overnight stay amount must be transferred to the bridal couple until 01 April.
Where can we stay the night?
Since some of you do not want to go back home that night, we have compiled a small list of hotels that should make it easier for you to find accommodation for that night. As has already been written, an overnight stay on the castle grounds is possible. Please fill out the form requested by the bride and groom.
When can I move into my room?
It is possible from 12:30 pm.
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are welcome to the bride and groom, but the four-legged friend is requested to be accommodated elsewhere during this celebration.
Is there a high chair for my child?
Yes, there is. Again, please briefly inform the bride and groom so enough chairs are available.
Do I have to keep the menu selection made during the query?
You may, of course, also try the other menu options from the buffet. However, we ask you to let the vegan guests go first with the vegan main course and the dessert.
Does the wedding couple have a gift list?
No. The wedding couple has made many large purchases recently, so money is the best thing they can use. However, it should be said here that the bride and groom are most pleased when the guests are in a good mood, joy of celebration and have lots of fun on the wedding day. What counts for the bride and groom is that the day is unforgettable!
Are there specific colors I shouldn’t wear?
No, the bride and groom will create an unforgettable and pleasant day with you. Come in the clothes that you like. Of course, we are happy about colorful and especially good-humored guests.
Meat, yes or no?
Everyone can choose in advance between a dish with meat and without meat. Since there are many different wishes, the bride and groom have decided to offer a vegan option, which can be selected simultaneously for vegetarians and offer a meat option.
Are we allowed to throw rice or artificial petals?
You are welcome to throw natural petals after church. Rice is for eating. 🙂
What about taking pictures during the wedding ceremony?
A photographer will accompany the bride and groom throughout the day. Therefore, we ask you not to take pictures in the church but to sit back and enjoy the wedding ceremony – with us. After the church, you can take as many images as you like!
How do I get to Neuhaus Castle in Sinsheim-Ehrstedt?
Look under arrival. There you will find a map of how to get there.
If you arrive by train, you can contact the bride and groom early. Then assistance will be organized.
How do I get from the wedding ceremony to the celebration?
On foot 😉 The castle chapel is within sight of the castle. The entire castle grounds are cordoned off so that all guests (big and small) can move freely.
When should I be where?
Please refer to the schedule for this.
As already known, our wedding ceremony will occur at 14:00 in the castle chapel on the grounds. There is plenty of parking on site.
When and where will breakfast be on Sunday?
The breakfast buffet will be provided for you in the manor house from 10 am.
When does the service begin?
The church celebration begins at 2:00 pm. More details are on the homepage.
Where can I register contributions for the wedding?
This is the responsibility of the witnesses 😉
How about games, etc.?
Please also coordinate with the witnesses.
